Mario, titolare dell’azienda, svolge qui per tutto l’anno la sua attività principale: l’allevamento caprino e suino, da cui provengono i formaggi, il latte, le carni e i salumi serviti sulle nostre tavole. Per chi soggiorna qui, non è inusuale la vista delle greggi che pascolano liberamente nel circondario. Sul versante occidentale della montagna si raggiunge invece la fertile vallata di Oddoene, dove si trovano il vigneto e l’oliveto da cui provengono il nostro tipico vino da tavola, il “Cannonau”, l’olio extravergine di oliva e le ottime olive da confetto che arricchiscono i nostri antipasti. Dalla lavorazione delle uve otteniamo inoltre l’acquavite, ingrediente principale dei liquori di mirto e di limoni. Presso l’azienda potrete acquistare i nostri prodotti: formaggio caprino, vino, mirto, acquavite e olio d’oliva.

Mario, the owner of the farm, has here his main occupation all the year round: the goat and pig breeding, from which the products we cook come: cheese, milk, meat and salami. Who stays here can often meet the flock grazing around… On the west slope of the mountain you can arrive at the fertile valley of “Oddoene”, where we grow our vineyard and olive-grove, that give us our tipical wine, the “Cannonau”, the olive-oil and the excellent pickled olives for our hors-d’oeuvres. The grape working produces also the “grappa”, which is the main ingredient of the “Mirto” and “Limoncino” liqueurs. At the farm you can buy our products: goat cheese, “Cannonau” red wine, “Mirto” liqueur, “Grappa” and olive-oil.

Mario, le propriétaire de la ferme, se dédie ici pendant toute l’année à son activité principale : l’élevage des chèvres et des cochons, d’où dérivent les fromages, le lait, la viande et la charcuterie que nous servons sur nos tables. Pour ceux qui passent quelques jours chez nous, ce n’est pas rare de rencontrer les troupeaux qui paitrent tout autour. Sur le côté occidental de la montagne on atteint la vallée fertile de « Oddoene », où nous avons un vignoble et une olivaie, d’où nous obtenons notre vin typique, le « Cannonau », l’huile d’olive et les olives confites pour nos hors-d’œuvre. De la transformation des raisins nous obtenons aussi la grappa, qui est l’ingrédient principal de nos liqueurs de myrte et de citron. Il est possible d’acheter chez nous nos produits : fromage de chèvre, vin, liqueur de myrte, grappa et huile d’olive.
